Lake Oswego Mayor Kent Studebaker acknowledged he has fielded calls from concerned council members, but denied making any decisions on the project.

“There’s been nothing done behind closed doors or in back rooms,” Studebaker said.

The city council has scheduled a “study session” on the project for the evening of March 15; Studebaker said he hasn’t made up his own mind on the project’s future and doesn’t know how the rest of the council will vote.
