The drink does not pose a health risk if consumed, according to the administration, and the product has been removed from store shelves and destroyed.
To date, no injuries or illnesses have been reported and this a precautionary move. But Trader Joe’s has been contacted by customers who had unopened bottles shattering or bursting.
