Home sales in the area remained unchanged compared to 2013, but housing prices continued to increase.
Sales volume this February was about the same, however, as the comparable month in 2013 — down by just 0.9 percent, or two home sales, according to the Regional Multiple Listing Service.
Both median and average sales prices were up by about 16 percent in February compared to the same month last year, the RMLS figures showed.
