The number of both home sales and new home listings showed double-digit increases in Lane County compared to last year.
The median price of a home in the county — excluding Florence — was $219,900, with half the homes selling for more than that amount and half for less, according to the RMLS. That was up 23 percent from June 2012 and by 6 percent from May of this year.
There were 375 sales closed in the county in June, up 42 percent from a year ago, and up 5 percent from May.
