Despite a typical seasonal lag, sales remained brisk and prices high for Lane County’s residential real estate market.

The median sales price was $193,000, which is down 8 percent from September but up 7 percent from a year earlier.

New listings totaled 370, down 5 percent from September but up 14 percent from a year earlier.
