Real estate markets are unbalanced in most parts of the country: vacancy is too high, but construction is too low. That sounds contradictory, because construction should be low when vacancy is high. Pernsteiner to name Lariviere replacement today

George Pernsteiner,  chancellor of the Oregon University System, is expected to recommend today that Robert Berdahl, a veteran university administrator, be named interim president at UO to replace ousted President Richard Lariviere.
