Names, addresses, birthdates, telephone numbers and Social Security numbers for patients seen over the past five years at Heart Associates of Oregon, McKenzie Primary Care Associates and Summit Surgical Specialists were taken, the medical center said.
On Monday, McKenzie-Willamette’s parent company, Tennessee-based Community Health Systems, said the cyberattack involved records for more than 4 million patients nationwide.
