The latest state economic forecast made many Oregon business owners wary with its indication that the economy may be worsening.
“I have room to grow. I have opportunity to grow,” said Rich Duncan, president of Rich Duncan Construction Inc., in Salem. “My nervousness about the economy just holds me back.”
He is concerned about the possibility of future tax and fee increases.
