Salem business owners have more questions than answers when it comes to medical marijuana and what the potential legalization of the drug would mean for them and the city.
“We are trying to move this industry forward in a professional way,” panel member Margo Lucas said. She is a member of the Salem Cannabis Industry Association, which she said is working to move dispensaries out of the black market and its related problems and into legitimacy.
