Lane County home sales climbed by more than 20% in July.

“It’s a pretty stable market,” said Linda O’Bryant, president of the Eugene Association of Realtors.

O’Bryant said she doesn’t expect prices to skyrocket as a result of shrinking inventories, but she is already seeing multiple offers on some properties again.
