McMenamins figured most of its investors would be either fans of the company or have an interest in the redevelopment of the Anderson School, a landmark considered key to Bothell’s downtown redevelopment effort. Indeed, most of the investors are from the Northwest, the company said.
The redevelopment will include a 73-room hotel, restaurants and bars, on-site brewery, meeting space, a pool and a spa.
