The Hutchinson Cox law firm is the latest business to sign a lease in the new Woolworth Building in downtown Eugene.
The local Bennett family developed the $10.8 million five-story office building at the site of the former Woolworth store at 940 Willamette St. Construction was completed a year ago.
With 45,000 square feet of leasable space, the building is now 65 percent to 70 percent leased, said Sarah Bennett, a principal with Bennett Management Co.
