The new $10.8 million Woolworth Building in downtown Eugene is now 75% full.
The Woolworth Building, which is five stories tall and has 45,000 square feet of space, is among a group of new and renovated buildings that have sprung up in that part of downtown.
The Woolworth Building is expecting its first ground-floor retail tenant, a wine lounge, to move in in a little more than a month.
