The building would be 35 feet high, with nine one-bedroom apartments, four studios and one handicap-accessible unit. The plans also include a 730-square-foot, ground-floor space for a business, ideal for a small cafe, he said.
“A lot of the building going on in Eugene right now is two-plus bedrooms,” said Bulski, a 33-year-old Iraq war veteran and South Eugene High School graduate. “We felt studios and one-bedrooms were a pretty reasonable idea.”
