Oregon’s minimum wage went up 15 cents to $8.95 beginning Jan. 1.

That could mean an extra $312 a year for a family with one full-time minimum wage earner.

Oregon’s Employment Department estimated that about 130,000 jobs paying minimum wage during the first quarter of 2012 would be affected by the increase.
