Three unrelated companies–Liberty Homes, ZipRealty and bioMerieux–are slashing 214 jobs in Oregon.

The bad news matches a surprisingly poor national jobs report for November.

Liberty Homes Inc. filed plans with the state to permanently close its manufactured housing plant in Sheridan, affecting 83 workers. Layoffs are expected to begin by February.

California-based ZipRealty Inc. says it will no longer maintain an employee work force in Oregon, resulting in layoffs of 51 sales agents at the Tigard office on Jan. 31.

In a third notice to the state on Thursday, bioMerieux, a French company that makes products for diagnosing diseases, says it is permanently closing its Wilsonville facility at the end of next year, resulting in the phased layoff of approximately 80 employees beginning in July.
