Dr. William Shipley, Zoom+’s quick-stop dental clinic’s top doctor, will move on after just four months in that position.

A dental assistant has also left, and Dr. Kevin Ford will assume the leadership role in Shipley’s place.

“Soon, Zoom+Smile will expand hours to include the weekend,” said Kathleen Mazzocco. “The service has exceeded expectations and its growth has determined the need to serve ‘Sarah’ on the weekend.”

Zoom+Smile, located at 3130 S.E. Division St., offers a service called “Healthy Clean White 57,” which the company describes as “a three-in-one complete dental exam, cleaning and whitening in 57 minutes.” It also offers a Healthy Clean Jr. for kids.

It is unknown at this point how the change at the top will affect the brand’s attempt to become the Jiffy Lube of oral health.
