Barrett, president of Cascade TEK in Hillsboro and former chairman of the Greater Hillsboro Area Chamber of Commerce Board, died at the age of 67.
Barrett had served as chairman of the board from January 2013 up until illness forced him to step down earlier this year. He was a respected business leader and heavily involved in Hillsboro’s civic life from the time he first arrived in Hillsboro.
