Aaron Karjala, the health insurance exchange’s top information technology manager, has resigned.
John Kitzhaber had already accepted Oregon Health Authority Director Bruce Goldberg’s resignation on March 20. According to Budnick, Kitzhaber had also urged Cover Oregon’s board to jettison Karjala and Triz delaRosa, the exchange’s chief operating officer.
