Instrument Marketing leased all of the available office space at the East Building at One North.
Instrument, which is currently located in a World War II ship-building facility on Northeast 10th Avenue, will occupy 30,000 square feet of office space on the second, third and fourth floors at the East Building.
“For years, Instrument was looking for the right neighborhood and partner to build the Portland headquarters for our growing agency,” said Instrument partner Vince LaVecchia. “We found not only the right partner in Karuna, but also couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location for Instrument to settle and thrive in northeast Portland.”
