Holt International Children’s Services plans to move its headquarters to a larger office on Country Club Road.
The move is spurred by Holt’s growing workforce. Holt has nearly 100 full-time employees but has operated out of a 3,952-square-foot building off West 11th Avenue since 1973.
The building at 250 Country Club Road contains about 20,000 square feet of office space, according to Lane County property records. It’s uncertain if Holt plans to occupy the entire building. Agency officials didn’t immediately return a message seeking comment Tuesday.
