La Provence co-owner Alain Machtelinckx is going all-out with the construction and design of his newest restaurant.
But that’s nothing new. He likes to inject French flavor into every aspect of the five Provence restaurants (four of which are in the Portland area), whether it’s with rustic chandeliers, tables hand-made from exotic wood or French music playing softly in the background. Not to mention the croissants.
