Douglas Ossanna, a former Nike electrician, claimed the footwear and apparel giant (NYSE: NKE) fired him after he reported unsafe working conditions for electricians. Nike denied the allegations and said it fired Ossanna for playing a pickup game of basketball in the Bo Jackson Building when the facility was off limits.
After more than a day of deliberations, the jury sided with Nike.
