Douglas Ossanna, a former Nike electrician, says the footwear and apparel giant fired him in retaliation for reporting unsafe working conditions for electricians at Nike’s roughly 600-acre Washington County campus.
Nike denies the allegations and says it fired Ossanna for playing a pickup basketball game on a court in the Bo Jackson Building when the facility was off-limits.
