The sexual assault allegations made against the Portland tech leader will be presented to a grand jury as soon as early September.

Kveton, who co-founded the nationally known firm Urban Airship, stepped down from his post as chief executive after The Oregonian reported in July that Portland police were investigating the woman’s allegations.

The woman, who had been in a volatile relationship with Kveton for five years, met with Portland police in February alleging three rapes and a strangulation that she claimed occurred over the past two years.
