The footwear and sports apparel company has agreed to release more information about its financial performance.

The SEC  contacted Nike Chief Financial Office Don Blair on Jan. 28 and asked him to provide additional disclosure about the company’s online sales, interest payments on debt, corporate bonds and distribution problems in Mexico.

Blairresponded on Feb. 10 and said the company would increase disclosure for each item. His letter included draft language for each SEC concern, but did not provide any material information.
