The complexes — The Sonja at 1836 Alder St.; The Anthony at 960 E. 19th Ave.; Westgate at 740 E. 13th Ave.; and The Pearl at 1661 Pearl St. — total nearly 200 units.
The new owner, Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, says it is upbeat about the Eugene student housing market, despite a slew of big new student complexes that are recently completed or under construction.
