The athletic footwear and apparel brand claim the Baltimore-based company is violating several Adidas digital fitness patents.
In its lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Delaware, Adidas argues that Baltimore-based Under Armour (NYSE: UA) is violating several of the patents with its Armour39 platform,including a chest strap that monitors physical performance, an Armour39 watch and related software interfaces.
