Two Salem residents will soon launch their startup company Cubtab, an email app for children as young as four.
The app has features such as drawing, adding stickers and the ability to imbed audio messages with an easy to use interface.
Thomas said parents would be able to moderate all incoming and outgoing messages for safety.
