Oksenholt Hospitality and Brooks Resources Announce Mount Bachelor Village Resort Acquisition
Lincoln City, OR/Bend, OR – Oksenholt Hospitality Company (part of the Oregon-based Oksenholt Family of Companies) together with its affiliates has acquired Mount Bachelor Village Resort from Brooks Resources Corporation, both companies announced today. The purchase included 100% of the outstanding shares of Mount Bachelor Village Corporation and its subsidiaries. All of the operating businesses and real estate were included in the deal. Purchase price and additional terms of the deal were not disclosed.
