Tonkon Torp LLP is pleased to welcome attorney Tom Vogt as an Of Counsel attorney in its Business Department.
Vogt’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies, securities, and general corporate work. He has considerable experience drafting and negotiating key documents for strategic transactions and securities offerings of all sizes, including a wide range of purchase agreements, joint venture and LLC agreements, and SEC filings. Alongside his transactional practice, Vogt works with emerging and established companies in an ongoing counsel role, reviewing and drafting NDAs, consulting agreements, distribution agreements, and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Tonkon Torp, Vogt worked for six years in Portland as an associate attorney in the business practice at Perkins Coie LLP.
