The Eugene-based oil company acquired two businesses, StarOilco and Tarr.
The two acquisitions — which include a warehouse and distribution center in Portland as well as StarOilco and Tarr’s customers — not only will allow Tyree to serve its existing customers better, “It will give us the ability to grow,” said Tyree President Ron Tyree.
