TriMet released its new mobile ticketing app that works for buses and trains systemwide. It was developed by Portland startup GlobeSherpa.
Among other things, the TriMet Tickets app offers quick, secure and convenient purchasing of any fare, animated tickets to fight bootlegging and trip-planning tools (which still aren’t as intuitive as those provided by the iPhone PDXBus app).
