Wilsonville-based Flir Systems landed a $136.6 million contract to provide equipment and services for the U.S. Navy.

Wilsonville-based Flir Systems landed a $136.6 million contract to provide equipment and services for the U.S. Navy.

Technically, the contract is for Flir’s Brite I and Brite II systems, data and engineering services to provide intelligence, surveillance, detection and targeting for day and night operations. Flir is immediately paid $4.2 million. The Navy said the work is expected to be completed by August 2018.
