Roseburg-based First Call Resolution is looking for a site for a call center that could employ several hundred people.
“We are actively looking for a replacement because we still are growing and we haven’t made any final selection,” said John Stadter, president of the Roseburg-based call center, which handles customer phone work for a range of national and regional companies.
Stadter said he has a list of three or four communities “that we’re exploring.” Veneta is on that list, as well as two other Oregon communities outside of Lane County, he confirmed.
