Retail in Eugene is growing quickly, with storefronts in long-stagnant areas being rented.

Landlords in the Coburg corridor are commanding the city’s top rents — upwards of $30 per square foot — on triple net terms, which means the tenant is on the hook for taxes, insurance, repairs and maintenance.

That’s significantly more than the second wealthiest shopping in town, Woodfield Station in south Eugene, where a recent listing asked for only $22 per square foot, also triple net.
