One year after hitting a housing crash low, Portland-area home prices rebounded in March.

In Portland, one of the cities surveyed, prices jumped 2.7 percent for the month and 12.8 percent in the year since they bottomed out.

Prices in Portland remain 21.6 percent below their peak in September 2007 and aren’t expected to return to that level anytime soon.
