Downtown Silverton businesses are busy launching, expanding and changing locations.
“If one (business) is going out, one is coming in. That’s not something you see in every small town. We are fortunate,” said Stacy Palmer, who is in her 13th year as executive director of the Silverton Chamber of Commerce.
“It’s part of the business ebb and flow,” Palmer said while reviewing recent changes to the streetscape in Silverton’s historic downtown district.
