Crunching health benefit numbers, we see slight declines in premium coverage versus 2010, but increases in vision, mental health, alternative care and wellness coverage, demonstrating how vital health options are to making Best Companies. In the employee realm: more than 40% are non-supervisory; 26 to 35 is the biggest age group yet 60% are older than 35; less than a quarter are recent hires; and those with a bachelor’s degree or higher jumped from 42% in 2010 to 46% this year.
