Portland’s food cart revolution is expanding into other businesses, and this week the first hairstyling cart is set to open.

Holiday Hair Studio will offer the same range of services as upscale brick-and-mortar places, making it Portland’s first hairstyling cart, says owner and hairstylist Robin Carlisle.
