California-based firm recently sold a Portland apartment complex for more than $29 million after buying them for $16.1 million in 2013.
The Green Leaf Springs apartments in the Parkrose neighborhood has 266 units.
The buyer’s LLC shares a Beverly Hills address with Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, which describes itself as a national commercial real estate bridge lender.
Graham Taylor and Carrie Kahn with CBRE Capital Markets brokered the deal for the owner, Green Leaf Springs LLC, an entity tied to Green Leaf Partners, a real estate investor in Danville, Calif. A
