The facility occupies 383,040 square-feet near the Portland International Airport.
The Chicago-based firm, which already has a distribution facility in Clackamas, provides natural and organic, specialty and fresh products to natural food stores and groceries across the country. The employee-owned company has more than 4,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada.
Frederick Regnery, a principal with Colliers International in Chicago, represented KeHE in the transaction. Capstone Partners LLC, with partner PCCP LLC, is the developer of the two-phase, 848,400-square-foot, logistics park. Leasing agents Jerry Matson and Paul Breuer, of Colliers International’s Portland office, represented Capstone in the deal.

“Attracting new employers to create local jobs and increase our tax base first requires a place for them to locate and grow,” said Bill Wyatt, executive director of the Port of Portland, which owns the property, in a news press release. “This lease and the forthcoming development at Portland International Center is a significant bellwether for economic development and prosperity in this region.”
