Vacation rental management firm hints at plans to continue purchase stand alone properties.

The news from Vacasa came over the weekend when it marked the reopening of the Oceanside Inn, the company’s third property.

[Public relations manager Kalli Bean] said Vacasa founder and CEO Eric Breon has purchased two additional Oregon Coast properties, the Cape Cod Cottages in Waldport and the Ocean Cove Inn in Yachats. Renovations similar to what the Oceanside Inn got are planned for the other two properties as well.

Despite the acquisitions, Bean said Vacasa will likely stick with the core business that has fueled its growth thus far, at least for the time being.
