Sussman Shank has appointed Dallas G. Thomsen as chair of the firm’s Estates and Trusts Practice Group effective July 1, 2015.
Dallas will oversee the professional activities of the individuals who practice in the Estates and Trusts Group. He succeeds the previous group leader, Michael D. Levelle, who will continue his role as an attorney with the firm.
Dallas has been practicing law for over a decade. Aside from his work assisting individuals and families with all aspects of estate and asset protection, Dallas is a business attorney and focuses his practice on business law, taxation (including partnership and corporate tax), intellectual property, food and beverage, and trademarks. With a masters in taxation, Dallas provides clients with in-depth tax analysis, evaluation, and planning, particularly in the areas of complex partnerships and advanced estate planning.
