he settlement is the latest in a string of enforcement actions from regulators aimed at stopping mobile “cramming”—the practice of adding unauthorized fees to consumer phone bills. Earlier this year the Federal Trade Commission sued T-Mobile US Inc. over similar conduct; that case is still pending in court.
