Scores of law-enforcement officers responded to reports of shots being fired at Reynolds High School around 8 a.m. Tuesday. Scott Anderson, chief of police in Troutdale, Ore., said that the assailant entered a detached building housing the school’s gym and gunned down a student in the boys’ locker room.
