Given the national discourse on the cost of health insurance, it’s not surprising that the overwhelming majority of the 586 respondents in this issue’s Input survey said that medical benefits were the most important benefit a company could offer. But right behind that was paid vacation time. Clearly, all work and no play does not make a happy work life. CFM Strategic Communications conducted the survey of Oregon Business readers in late February.
