(U.S. Dist. Judge Anna J.) Brown ruling says Nike may continue pursuing a case to seek to have Cardarelli’s contentions decided in an Oregon court but said there was no need for “an expedited schedule” to make that happen.
Brown set a Jan. 16 court date to hear a renewed motion for a preliminary injunction.
