The final tally for Measure 92 is too close to call.
Although the opposition and news outlets called the close race for opponents the day after Election Day, votes continue to be counted and the gap has continued to narrow.
The Yes on 92 campaign never conceded, and worked furiously to reach out to 13,000 voters whose ballots had signature problems. Voters had until Nov. 18 to fix those problems and have their ballots counted.
