Neil McFarlane will be set to make $290,164 annually after a 3.4 percent pay hike.

According to a resolution set to go before the agency’s board of directors Wednesday, McFarlane’s annual salary would jump to $229,000 and be retroactive to Jan. 1.

The package includes an additional 10 days of vacation in 2015, amounting to about $8,808, the documents show. McFarlane, 62, already receives nine weeks of vacation per year.
